Birds of a Feather Reduce Stress Together!

Salaam (peace)

One of several advantages of waking up early is in hearing birds starting the day with their morning chirps, whistles and calls.

The spiritual side of me, says they are doing this as a form of praise to the creator.

The other side...well let's just keep that soothing first thought.

As the melody continues from on high between the trees and roof tops; one can also hear the morning call of the occasional rooster below.

No doubt, many whom had awaken with the desire to consume fish or lamb were subliminally influenced to switch to Nasi Ayam (chicken rice) as a result of the overly enthusiastic rooster.

Perhaps, they should learn how to "quack" like a duck to send a different message.
...

But, I've digressed

As the darkness gives way to the dawn the ever so energetic birds start to take to flight.

Some fly off in search for food for self, family or take to wing in search of companionship.  Still, others you see flying, soaring, darting in and out around and about as if getting their bodies and winds well lubricated for the days' activities.

Or maybe, it's part of a playful good morning ritual!

Whichever the reason; when you observe them (and I encourage all to take time out to do just that) you don't notice the worry on their beaks that you see on many faces at the start of the day.

I wonder, is there a bird botox that they are injected with at night to hide their worries?

Frankly, I don't know and they're not saying or singing!

What we do witness are those creatures, like all others (beside) man going about their day instinctively knowing that their needs are provided for.

Knowing that out there is food, water and materials for lodging.

Perhaps, they actually do what that once popular song spoke of...

Don't Worry be Happy!

When I think over it; I've never seen a bird worry!

Salaam (peace)
